My experience with cigarettes smoking almost left me breathless! Thanks to multiple approaches to hypnotize myself and meditate I understood what it really takes to quit! Do it multiple times to try to memorize the experience. Once you’ve done that and your mind is clear, just convince yourself and there is more to make yourself even better, you can move into a quiet state of meditation. The door to get there? Trance. It’s the fastest way to hop out of the thought stream. But trance will not take you through that door. Once you’ve done that, meditate. This is the only way to awaken to your higher good, and all healing is awakening to who we are, isn’t it? Yes it is!
